By creating an account or using RuSh Notes you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

01Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Choose a strong password. If you think your account was accessed by someone else, change your password right away in Settings.
02Your content
- What you write is yours. We do not claim any rights to your notes and only store and display them so the app can work for you.
- You are responsible for what you write and store. Do not use RuSh Notes for anything unlawful, or to store content that infringes other people’s rights.
03Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to break, overload or probe the service, or to access other people’s accounts or notes.
- Do not use automated tools to create accounts or to put an unreasonable load on the service.
04Availability and backups
- RuSh Notes is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable at times, and features may change or be removed.
- We do our best to protect your notes, but we cannot guarantee they will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important, for example with the print option.
05Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of RuSh Notes.
06Ending your use
- You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk.
07Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept the update.
